Individuals who are taking multiple medications or have memory issues may find remembering to refill their medications difficult. Overdosing or underdosing can cause more harm than good. For these reasons, we offer medication synchronization. With this service, our pharmacists will coordinate refilling clients’ medications so they can pick them up or have them delivered to their homes on a single day each month. If clients have questions about their medicines, they may consult one of our pharmacists during their medication pick-up.
